All sales for Custom ordered hats are final. No refunds are permitted except with respect to any statutory warranties or guarantees that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
